If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back to us for a refund or exchange.
Please note the following policy:

The purchased product must be returned in its original condition within 14 days.

Sender will pay for return postage. The original postage is not refundable. However, if your item purchased is faulty, we will refund the entire purchase price or offer an even exchange.

Exchanges are limited to another product of equal value.

Please include with your return, a copy of the invoice or receipt, your telephone number, email address, and a note indicating your desired action.
Lang Restorative Health Services reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet the above stated conditions.
